Our client base consists of local and out of state owners including financial institutions, private individuals, limited liability companies, partnerships, and trusts, and we are proud to have maintained some of these relationships over decades.
With the flexibility of our clients, we have necessarily learned to be flexible in the services we provide. Our reports vary from two pages to reports of much greater length and detail. We have learned that it is necessary to handle our property management functions, i.e. rent collection, property visitations, deferred maintenance items, etc., differently depending on client wants and resources. Clients have varying reasons for their ownership in commercial real estate, and those reasons, along with resources available, dictate many things having to do with our property management and leasing services.
